Booking & Confirmation
To secure your cooking experience, a confirmed booking is required.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll review the details and send a confirmation along with final pricing and availability.
Bookings are only considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from us.
Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your date, depending on the group size and event details.
Payment instructions will be shared after your booking request is reviewed.
Changes & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change.
You may request to reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Requests made within less than 48 hours may not be guaranteed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may not be refundable.
Group Size
The base package includes up to 10 guests.
Additional guests may be added at an extra cost per person.
Final group size should be confirmed before the event date.
Event Preparation
Please ensure the event location is ready before the scheduled start time.
This includes:
Adequate kitchen space
Basic cooking utilities
Clear access to the venue
We will provide details about required setup in advance.
Food & Safety
We take food safety seriously and follow proper hygiene practices during the cooking experience.
If any participants have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can make necessary adjustments.
Custom Requests
We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Custom menus, larger groups, or special event formats may require additional planning and pricing.
